THIS CORN RISOTTO WAS SO GOOD! 🌽 Made it last year and since summer is upon us, thought I would share. Full disclosure: I made this dish on a whim and didn't use an exact recipe so the version linked was the closest I could find. Making your own corn broth is so much simpler than you think!
